What data we process and why
- Account: email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and account identifier. To give you access and keep you signed in. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Payments and subscription: billing and payment details handled by Stripe (we do not see or store your card number), and subscription status. To take payment, give access and meet tax obligations. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Contact form: name, email address and message. To reply to you. Legal basis: your consent. We keep them for up to one year after your enquiry has been resolved.
- Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies): browsing data (pages viewed, where you came from, device and an approximation of your location) via Google Analytics. To improve the website. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw in “Cookie settings”.
- What you tick on the website (completed steps, materials, theme): stored only in your browser, not on our servers.
We do not use your data for advertising or profiling. We do not collect data from minors: the account must be opened by an adult.
Processors and transfers
Google Ireland Ltd. (Firebase: authentication, database and hosting; Google Analytics, if you accept it), cdmon (10DENCEHISPAHARD, S.L.: email) and Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments). They may process data outside the European Economic Area with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
How long we keep it
For as long as your account remains open. Billing data, for the period required by tax law (generally 4–6 years).
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@codepack.es. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).
